Welcome to Zerox! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms, which are designed for the pilot phase of our service.
These Terms of Service are for our initial launch period. We are actively learning and improving. A more detailed and comprehensive version will be published after the successful completion of our pilot project.
1. Description of Service
Zerox provides a platform for ordering high-quality, black & white document printing services, designed to be a convenient solution for the campus community.
2. Ordering & Payment
Order Placement: All orders must be submitted through our official online form. You are responsible for providing accurate information and the correct files for printing.
Payment: All orders are pre-paid. Payment must be completed at the time of ordering. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.
Order Confirmation: You should see a "Thank You" page after payment. Your order is considered valid and placed upon successful submission and payment.
3. Pickup Policy
Location & Time: Orders are available for pickup at the designated central campus pickup point during the lunchtime window on the day after ordering (orders placed before 8 PM are considered for next-day delivery).
No Service on Holidays: Please note that Zerox does not operate or provide pickup services on official college holidays, weekends, or during semester breaks.
Missed Pickups: If you miss the pickup window, please contact us via WhatsApp. We will hold unclaimed orders for a maximum of 48 hours.
4. Corrections & Strict No-Refund Policy

No Refunds: Due to the custom, on-demand nature of our service, all sales are final. No refunds of any kind will be issued under any circumstances. Our sole remedy for errors on our part is a reprint.
5. User Responsibilities & Copyright
Content: You are solely responsible for the content of the files you submit. You agree not to upload any material that is illegal, defamatory, or hateful.
Copyright: By uploading a file, you confirm that you have the legal right to reproduce its content. You agree to hold Zerox harmless against any claims of copyright infringement arising from your order.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Zerox and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these pilot-phase terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website.
