What is Zerox?

Zerox is a printing service designed specifically for students. We handle your printing needs so you can focus on your studies.

Who can use Zerox?

Our service is currently for students of Lloyd College. Soon expanding to other colleges!

How do I get started?

Click on the ORDER NOW button on the homepage, fill details, upload your file, select options, and submit — your order will be placed instantly.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept PDF, DOC, DOCX, JPG, and PNG. For best results, use PDF.

How long does printing take?

Orders placed before 5 PM are ready for pickup the next business day. Binding may take longer.

Can I print double-sided?

Yes, both single and double-sided options are available.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently UPI and cash; more options coming soon.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds aren’t available once printing starts. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes! Orders over 50 pages automatically receive a discount. Check our pricing page.

Where do I pick up my prints?

Pickup at Gate No. 2, Lloyd Institute of Engineering & Technology. You’ll receive message instructions after order confirmation.

What do I need to bring for pickup?

Just your order confirmation (digital or printed).

What if I can’t pick up my order?

Orders uncollected for 3 days are recycled. Contact us to extend your pickup window.
